Ingredients for the Clementine Cordial (yields 750ml)
300ml recently pressed clementine juice
200ml fresh lemon juice
500g granulated sugar
Ingredients for the Drink (produces 850ml, serving 10)
400ml good quality vodka
100ml London dry gin
150ml peach schnapps
200ml citrus syrup (from the recipe above)
Whole cranberries, to garnish
Mandarin essential oil, as a final touch

Making the Citrus Syrup: Place the listed ingredients into a saucepan, heat until it reaches a light boil, mixing so the sugar melts. After that, take off the heat and let it to reach room temperature entirely. Decant into an clean bottle, seal and store chilled, it can be stored for up to four weeks.
Preparing the Batch Mix: Combine all the spirits and syrup in a big jug, allow it to infuse for one hour, then pass it through , ideally through a fine cloth, to ensure it's perfectly clear.
When ready to serve: Measure 85ml of the premix into your cocktail shaker filled with ice, gently stirring gently for about 60 seconds to chill. Filter into a cold coupe glass or equivalent, decorate with the cranberries adding the final touch by giving it a brief mist with the mandarin essence over the drink.
